How to join
1. Fill in the form
A few contact details are enough. No supporting documents are needed, except for the student rate.
2. Pay the fee
By Interac transfer to the association's address, or in cash at an event, against a receipt.
3. Get your confirmation
The board confirms your membership within a week and adds you to the mailing list.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be Ivorian to join?
No. The association is open to anyone connected to Côte d'Ivoire through family, friendship, work, or simply an interest in the country.
I have just arrived — can you help before I join?
Yes. The welcome desk is free and open to everyone. Membership is never a condition for getting a hand.
Is membership tied to a particular date?
It runs over the calendar year. A membership taken out after 1 October covers the rest of the current year and the following one.
Can I volunteer without being a member?
Yes, and that is often how people start. Mention it in the contact form and the board will point you in the right direction.
Where does the money go?
It covers hall rentals, equipment, bursaries and insurance. The accounts are presented every year at the general meeting.
